The easement acquisition phase is nearing completion, therefore the District will not be open
after May 16th, 2022. We will continue to respond to your questions and concerns.  Please contact us using the the form on this website or information found on the contact page.

TIPPECANOE AND CHAPMAN REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT EASEMENT INFORMATION AND GRINDER STATION LOCATION GUIDELINES

Please select the most appropriate Easement template to match your ownership of the property receiving a grinder station. Fill in the names, dates, and information as required. All parties listed on the deed need to sign the easement, the signatures need to be witnessed by a notary, who will then sign and stamp the easement. In addition, we would appreciate if you completed the Property Owner Septic System Location Form. Return all documents to the email or US Mail address below.
